Christina Sundari Garvin is a makeup artist from Santa Barbara County. With a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Cal State Northridge and being the president of her own publicity firm, Sundari PR, her dream has always been to merge her passion for beauty and public relations into one. Having worked in entertainment for ten years, Christina understands the ins and outs of camera angles, lighting for various mediums including print, TV, film and everyday activities. She is an expert when it comes to executing a strong appearance that will make a statement on and/or off camera.

At a very young age, Christina had a fascination with makeup and beauty products, and that fascination quickly grew into a passion, as she got older. After working in public relations for nearly a decade Christina wanted to offer clients and the general public, services that will help his/her overall image and branding. She then followed her dream and became a certified Makeup Artist courtesy of Lu Ross Academy and has recently launched Sundari’s Image & Consulting, a division within Sundari PR. Clients can expect full-service image/branding counsel for hair, makeup, wardrobe, media training, stage coaching and public speaking.

As a makeup artist, Christina has worked on numerous photo shoots, executing a variety of looks from high contrast, to high fashion glamour, modern glamour and more and has studied various techniques including avant garde, Today, Christina draws on inspiration from makeup artist legends such as Pat McGrath, Sam Fine, Bobbi Brown, Kevyn Aucoin and many others. Her desire is to not specialize in one style or technique but be well versed in all, so she is ready to deliver a top-notch appearance from head-to-toe for any occasion or individual.
